The first step is to complete the Inquiry Form below. Once you submit the inquiry, we will review the information and email you some follow questions within 3 business days.

Step 2: Referral Agreement

Once both parties determine this is a win-win referral partnership, we will email you our master referral agreement to review and sign.

Step 3: Receive Referrals

Once the referral agreement is fully executed, you will be eligible to start receiving referrals immediately! We will send both buyer and seller leads!

STEP 4: PAY AT CLOSE

You pay a 28% referral fee at closing! There are absolutely no upfront or hidden costs.
